Allison prepares and administers AEM's financial statements, assists with budgeting, and looks forward to helping with continuous process improvement projects.
Allison is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) with a legacy Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) Degree from Okanagan College. She aims to provide timely and accurate financial information to AEM's management team and stakeholders, a task she thoroughly enjoys because it challenges both her mind and accounting skills.

Over the course of 12 years, Allison completed both her degree and designation while she worked full-time to advance her career in the construction and software industries. Looking for a new challenge, she started with AEM in January of 2019.
Allison has lived in the Kelowna area all her life and has family roots in the Okanagan dating back over 70 years. When she's not crunching numbers and analyzing financial data, Allison is doing Pilates, boating, snowshoeing, and travelling around the world with her husband. People who work hard to achieve their dreams inspire her.
