As Sales Coordinator, Carole deals with both customers and employees regarding AEM sales activities. Her attention to detail, inclination for structure and guidelines, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service make Carole's support of the Sales team, as well as other departments, invaluable. Her standards for delivering excellent service makes customers feel assured, relaxed, and valued.

Carole has many years of experience working in office and customer service settings. She started with Northern Airborne Technology in 2004 as a Repair Clerk and transitioned to Sales Coordinator shortly after; she continued the role with AEM in 2009. From 2014 until the end of 2019, she expanded her role at AEM through involvement in the Joint Health & Safety Committee, taking on the position of Co-Chair, as well as becoming the OHS Assistant, providing various safety tasks and satisfying her desire to know, understand, and be a spokesperson for workplace safety.

AEM's support of Carole in her dedication to continuous improvement led Carole to take the Strategic Customer Care Program with Sandler Training, as well as numerous safety seminars and courses.
