Devon's role with AEM is to put the right people in the right places at the right time. She also acts as a service center, overseeing everything from a straight-forward hiring process to timely performance feedback for team members, all while ensuring that the experience of each job candidate and team member is on-point with AEM's internal brand.

Devon received her CPHR designation in 2007 after completing a Business Administration Diploma at Okanagan College. She sought out a payroll/HR position at a wholesale distributor, ended up taking on more HR responsibilities, and found her dream career. The most fulfilling aspect of her role is talent development, watching with satisfaction as team members advance as a reward for their efforts and hard work.

Devon and her husband are true Okanaganians — a rare find! — born and raised in our sun-soaked valley.  She draws inspiration from her two children; their sense of discovery and curiosity inspire her to see Kelowna through their eyes, as if for the first time.
