Julie works closely with Carole as she deals with both customers and employees regarding AEM sales activities. She's an incredibly organized problem-solver who enjoys interacting and working with customers to meet their needs.
Julie worked for almost ten years in customer service for a bank, then juggled four children—including twins—as a stay-at-home mom. She started with AEM as an Administrative Assistant, taking the Strategic Customer Care Program through Sandler Training as well as covering the Sales Coordinator role when there was a vacation or illness. Julie loved this role, allowing her outgoing personality to shine as she greeted people coming in and out of the building. She also felt a sense of pride, welcoming people to the company. When the Sales Coordinator role opened up, Julie took it. In November 2017, Julie became an Occupational First Aid Level 2 First Aid Attendant; she is now one of two people at AEM with Level 2 first aid training.
"I’m at AEM for the people; it's the most supportive, enthusiastic place I have ever worked."
Three of Julie's children are involved in baseball, so you can almost always find her at the ball field in spring and summer. School and sports activities keep her on the run year-round. Julie is a twin herself. She has a twin brother, and her own boy and girl twins are the spitting image of her and her brother growing up -- right down to their personalities!
Julie is inspired by people who don't quit fighting, who overcome obstacles and try to make every day as good or better than the last. When Julie's not on the baseball field, she enjoys camping, gardening, and wine touring.
