Luc's role with AEM is to provide guidance, advice, and technical support to customers in need of specific and specialized products. A genuine people person, he gets immense satisfaction from providing clients with solutions and support throughout a project. Luc is also responsible for developing new business, his loyalty and commitment values making him effective at identifying and creating relationships with people and organizations complimentary to AEM.

With French as his first language, Luc completed the Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technician program at Algonquin College in Ottawa. Luc played a crucial role developing the training and manufacturing process for Northern Airborne Technology (NAT) to begin production of light panels to SAE-AS7788 specification. Luc has worked on projects with both military and commercial applications—F16s, F18s, CRJs, Apaches, and more. His comprehensive expertise is especially valuable in helping customers with AEM’s legacy products, as well as design and build projects.
Luc has lived in Kelowna for the past 15 years, enjoying cross-country skiing, camping, hunting, quadding, and cycling with his wife. The Okanagan lifestyle has undoubtedly seeped into their bones as they also both enjoy good company with good wine.
