Research and Development Manager
Todd's goal with AEM is to impress customers by creating high-quality products; he achieves this by overseeing all engineering activities related to the design, certification, and modification of AEM products. As a person who enjoys designing and building things, Todd finds it rewarding to complete a certified design and know it will be installed on aircraft. Although Todd no longer designs AEM's products directly, he likes seeing staff achieve the same fulfilment in getting AEM products to market.
Todd has two diplomas in Electronics Engineering Technology, one in Telecommunications and one in Control Systems. His work in the avionics industry spans 27 years, starting in production, then design, then project management, and now as Research and Development Manager. Todd is a Director on the council of his professional association, ASTTBC; he also sits on the advisory committee for the Electronics Engineering Technology program at Okanagan College.
