What does AEM actually do?
We get this a lot, likely because our products and services are quite technical. AEM designs, manufactures, certified, and builds communication equipment for a broad range of aircraft. We also provide troubleshooting, repair, and refurbishment services for the products that we make.

3 Weeks Vacation
We offer 3 weeks of vacation to start and earn an additional day per year to a maximum of 5 weeks (pro-rated in your first year). We also offer extra paid days off in addition to annual vacation per year after your 3-month probationary period.

AEM Company Culture
