The Manufacturing Safety Alliance of BC has awarded Brian Wall, the CEO of Anodyne Electronics Manufacturing Corp. (AEM), with the 2021 Ben Hume Leadership Award.
The Ben Hum Leadership Award recognizes a BC Safety Charter member who demonstrates exemplary leadership, as judged by their peers to have demonstrated the ability to inspire both their management team and workforce to ever higher safety standards and to be an advocate for maintaining a culture.
“I am humbled and honoured to accept this award, not just for myself, but for the entire AEM team,” says Brian Wall. “The Ben Hume Award is the culmination of our team’s continued dedication to safety and leadership in every aspect of our business. I am fortunate to work with a great group of people at AEM and it is those people who made this award and recognition possible.”
Brian’s impact on the positive and engaged culture at AEM cannot be understated, he is devoted to creating and establishing exceptional health and safety systems at AEM that are practical, well-executed, and go above and beyond WorkSafe BC requirements, guidelines, and regulations. Health and safety are important pillars of any successful organization and the team at AEM has been instrumental in maintaining a culture of safety.
