Starting with quality and customer service as core values, AEM has grown into a family of over 100 people working together in a 40,000 square foot facility in the Okanagan Valley of British Columbia, Canada. We are a committed team, taking pride in our origin while we continue to grow our combined skills, experience, and capabilities within the aviation and avionics industries.
The most valid measure of our work is our customers—we serve them by being a leader in the design, development and manufacture of aircraft communication systems, loudspeaker systems, caution/warning panels and special mission radios. Dedicated troubleshooting, repair, and refurbishment services complement our product lines, providing customers with a reliable resource for their avionics needs.
Our Corporate Structure
In 2014, AEM partnered with Structural Monitoring Systems Plc (SMS) in the development, production, and certification of Structural Health Monitoring (SHM) technology. For four years, AEM and SMS worked together to successfully attain approval of the SHM technology by the Federal Aviation Administration and Boeing.
In late 2017, SMS purchased AEM in a strategic move that fully supports AEM projects and business activities.
