What does AEM actually do?
We get this a lot, likely because our products and services are quite technical. Since 2009, AEM has designed, manufactured, certified, and built communication equipment for a broad range of aircraft. We also provide troubleshooting, repair, and refurbishment services for the products that we make.

3 Weeks Vacation
We offer 3 weeks of vacation to start and earn an additional day per year to a maximum of 5 weeks (pro-rated in your first year). We also offer extra paid days off in addition to annual vacation per year after your 3-month probationary period.

Sick Days
8 paid sick days per year after 90 days of employment.

AEM Company Culture
We protect our weekends, working Monday to Friday—that’s it. Weekends and holidays are for family, friends, and hobbies. AEM makes conscious decisions to support a culture of boundaries and work-life balance.
