AEM Extended Warranty

This is how the program works
AEM’s Extended Warranty Program gives customers the option to add one additional year of warranty coverage on select eligible AEM products. This additional coverage begins after the standard 2 and 3-year manufacturer’s warranty ends and must be purchased within 60 days of the eligible product delivery or purchase date.
The program applies only to eligible products and provides coverage for the specific product associated with the Extended Warranty purchase.
Why it is important
- Adds peace of mind by extending protection beyond the standard warranty period.
- Helps protect the customer’s investment in critical communications and audio equipment.
- Supports more predictable ownership costs after the standard warranty period ends.
